Super well designed and made and feels great in the hand.
Looks good and works well, however the cord lanyard is way too small. I could barely tie it off and I just fit one finger through the loop. It could use another 2 inches in length.
We don’t intend the lanyard to be threaded this way. We ship them untied. Just put one end through, loop it around, place the bead, and then tie. I’d also be happy to send you along a longer lanyard if you prefer it this way!
I had been contemplating getting a different phone with a simpler set up to reduce my smartphone usage, and then I stumbled upon this beautiful product. I had considered getting an Apple Watch with cellular in the past, but I didn’t want one on my wrist all the time. As soon as I saw the images of this miniphone ultra case, it immediately clicked for me, made complete sense for what I wanted, so I went out and bought the Apple Watch Ultra and ordered two of these cases (one in grey and one in green). Been using it for a few weeks now and absolutely love it!
I basically bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 so I could get this case after discovering it on Reddit. It feels great in my hands and I’m really happy to have found this option to disconnect from my iPhone more, particularly as I want to be more mindful of my screen time around my young son. Very pleased with my purchase!
I ran across this device when i was wanting to do something with my ultra 2. When i worked for apple i had a necklace that had been made for the apple watch, so i could wear my nice swiss time pieces. Later on i got the oura ring for health tracking since the battery life was for a week not just a day or so. I got the Ultra then the Ultra 2 for longer battery but they just didnt outlast any garmin watch i had…theres a ending here so bare with me, and just wearing two watches didnt feel right so the ultra 2 was a junk drawer commando. And just like most people who are tired of the clunky iphone and i carry two of those a 12 max pro and a 12 mini for work, i just wanted something smaller and something that wasnt a distraction anymore. So ads started popping up for ipod classic clones and such, i found a aluminum click wheel device that would hold my ultra 2 and could fix my itch to go back to 2006 before apple was the ruler of all things called gadgets. Took 2 months to get it from china. The click wheel was a bust it used a rubber band to move the knob on the watch wasnt as small as i was hoping. But the advertisers were here to help, youtube vids popped up and boom the magic happened. This product ROCKS! I just got back from a spring break trip at the beach, i kid you not, the gen z to the x kept wanting to know about this device. Here i am an older nerd who was making linux and windows nt work together in 97 back at the cutting edge on something apple missed again. So you have a hit on your hands, just dont go down the click wheel rabbit hole.

Love this case, It has opened up all sorts of possibilities for the Ultra. Seems durable.
Great product. I was really excited to get this and it was just as expected. READ THE NOTES. I wasn’t careful and bent the top piece a bit, but thankfully didn’t cause any lasting damage. Anyways, the notes warned against that.
The product has already helped me get off my phone which was my goal.
For the creator- great product, thanks for making it! Just one piece of feedback. It’d be nice if the back were just 1 or 2 mm thicker so it would lay flat on a surface. Currently the back side of the watch sticks out just a little and gives it a little wobble.

I loved it. Great idea en amazing quality. Now I actually use my Apple Watch. When I hit the pool, beach or just go for a run and done want to take my huge Pro Max IPhone. This is going to be perfect when I get the new iPhone foldable phone. Thanks guy

Yep - good as advertised, absolutely love this. I used to run with my Apple Ultra religiously so I could track but also stream and listen to my audiobooks that sync with Audible. But, then I didn't get the quality of a dedicated run watch, like my Fenix 8. Now I can basically have a "phone" with me and still use my Fenix without having to wear two watches (dumb) or carry a big a** phone with me on every run. Nice to have apple pay, my books, cell connectivity but in a better form factor. Brilliant.

Great product, well made and makes for a perfect substitution for my phone.
I’m a little conflicted about reviewing. In general, the case does what it is designed to do. I’ve had 2 other cases prior to this that had flaws that drove me to this more expensive one. The main thing I don’t like is that no matter if you set it down on its front or back, you are putting it in a screen. I worry that over time, scratches will accumulate because the case doesn’t prevent those surfaces touching. I’m sure this was done to make charging easier but maybe the design can be tweaked in the future to prevent the device hitting the surface.
Hey Nathan, thanks so much for your feedback. While both screens are made of sapphire and should withstand a serious amount of abuse before scratching, you do have a good point. I will consider making the back thicker when updating the design so that it may be placed on the back without touching the surface. I think there's enough room to allow charging while still keeping the sensor elevated off the table. They do make stickers for the back sensor array that make the wrist detectable through tattoos which could act as a nice little screen protector in the mean time. Again, appreciate the feedback!

Hello, it’s a very good looking product. I wish it was a little more sturdy. I broke it on the 4th day when I was taking it off. The top part is extremely fragile, I should have been more careful.
good quality plastic, only complaint is that it doesn’t easily come out of the case if i want to wear the watch- not sure if there’s a design update that could be made to accommodate this.

Love the product. Works as described. But mote importantly, it does what it’s intended to do. It keeps me off my phone. Im more engaged with people around me and I’m more productive. Additional bonus is that I wear my other watches in my collection a lot more than I did before.

Unique and an awesome idea.
I like tracking my steps, traveling light, and wearing a real watch. This allows me to do all of that. I shove it in my pocket, it counts my steps, it allows me to leave the house without my phone, and rock a sick ass g-shock. I'll definitely be buying another one because if this thing breaks or gets damaged or something, I need there to be a replacement immediately. 10/10. This is one of the greatest inventions of all time.
