Refund policy

If you would like to return or exchange your item, it must be unused (no watches installed into it) in LIKE NEW condition. It must be within 30 days of when you purchased your item. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items, you are responsible for return shipping fees. elrow industries can provide a return shipping label at your cost if needed.
